This website is owned by Marine Dynamix Houseboats and River Cruises (Marine Dynamix).   This Privacy Policy applies to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Standard Terms and Conditions and (if applicable) the Licence Terms and Conditions of this website.
If you access or use this website, or if you purchase a marine vessel construction plan (plan) through this website, you agree to the Privacy Policy set out below. 
Marine Dynamix is committed to protecting your privacy and Marine Dynamix wants you to feel comfortable using this website.  This Privacy Policy therefore outlines how we will protect and secure your personal information.

Types of personal information Marine Dynamix collects
Personal information means any individual information about a person accessing or using this website including but not limited to, his or her first and last name, contact information (such as mailing address, telephone number and/or fax, and e-mail address), birth date, gender and occupation. 
Marine Dynamix does not collect or store any credit card details if plans are purchased via this website.  All credit card payments are processed by Paypal.  Any credit card details obtained from you by Paypal will be used solely by Paypal for payment purposes only.  Paypal is a secure international on-line payment system.

Why Marine Dynamix needs your personal information
To enable Marine Dynamix to fulfil its responsibilities as a provider of information, plans and services, we may ask you to provide personal information about yourself.  This may occur in the following circumstances:
When you purchase a Marine Dynamix plan;
When you use, purchase or subscribe to a Marine Dynamix service;
When Marine Dynamix answers any of your requests or queries; or
When Marine Dynamix runs promotions.
If Marine Dynamix does not collect the personal information, it may not be able to provide you with the information, plans, services or assistance you have requested.
